The Crispy Shrooms (Oyster and Enoki Mushrooms) priced at Php 130 were a light and delicious appetizer. I preferred the enoki mushrooms over the oyster ones as they were easier on the stomach. The Spam Chips (with garlic aioli) priced at Php 210 were the perfect salty snack to pair with a beer. The thin and non-greasy chips had a satisfying saltiness that kept me coming back for more. The Messy Fries (with beef, cheese, and garlic aioli) priced at Php 230 were a must-try at Varra. This unique take on nachos-topped fries was a delicious combination of flavors that left me wanting more.
