Such a great experience! Perfect for a casual walk in, fun girls outing, or romantic date. Great value for what you receive and for the quality of the service. Adorable atmosphere. Warm even when it was cold because they have heaters and the seating it well planned. 10/10 will be coming again.

A very posh place. We were there for a birthday party of 17. The scones, food and drinks were superb. We were seated only at our given time and no sooner. The Victorian Tea option was incredible and the experience was divine. I don’t know what else to say other than please come here and see for yourself.

Saturday, May 21, 2022 11:00 am What a place, what an experience. My family (12 of us) and I celebrated my two granddaughters, Skye and Cherokee's college graduation at the Tea House on Los Rios. The service, the food, the tea, everything was fit for a queen and king. The event coordinator Alexis was so charming and true to her title, by creating a one of a kind experience that ensure memories for us to last a lifetime. Our server, Valeria managed our large group quickly and efficiently and was very attentive in her service. We had freshly baked currant scones with raspberry preserves and California cream, five assorted finger sandwiches, i.e., cucumber with herbed cream cheese, egg salad with chive, curried chicken salad on a mini croissant, caramelized onion, mushroom and bleu cheese tartine. For dessert, lemon tart in phyllo dough shell, chocolate ganache bite and a traditional english trifle. Say it with me, yummy to my tummy. I tried the apricot tea, watermelon tea but not the chocolate tea. My favorite turned out to be the apricot tea, so smooth. It is located in the Los Rios Historic District of San Juan Capistrano. When you go, and you will, after eating, don't be in a rush. There are buildings dating back to 1794. Walk around the area and you will see the Mission House (pictures below) that you can enter and see articles that was used during that time. There is a butterfly garden and shops. Looking forward to my next visit.

Absolutely exquisite!! We loved every moment and morsel of this tea service. Incredible pacing, presentation, ambiance, and service. We were celebrating my grandmother’s 90th birthday, and this helped us redeem a terrible experience at The Ritz Laguna Niguel’s tea service (with their exorbitant unjustified prices given their quality and service — it’s gone far downhill). In contrast, The Tea House at Los Rios blew us away; spectacular from start to finish!! Would recommend this far and wide for anyone celebrating a special occasion.

Me and my girlfriend came we did make reservations a week prior and it’s recommended. We found free parking on the backside and we just walked . The entire process is so cute ! Definitely come dressed up and bring a cute hat ! We waited for our table and everyone was so friendly and helpful. I bought my daughter a little pink unicorn
