Café Monteverde Coffee Shop

Both the food and atmosphere at Stella’s was unmatched. We were looking for a quick breakfast before hiking in the Cloud Forrest and Stella’s opened early enough to accommodate! The back garden and music was a nice way to start our day with nature, and the food was great!

My favorite Cafe in Monteverde. The food is delicous and prepared with fresh indgredients, if possible from their own garden. They decorate the food very nicely and its so tasty. I also loved the coffee and the dessert, yummi. All the people who work there are very friendly. I went there twice in the 3 days I were there

Our first day in Monteverde and we called in at Stella’s for a bit of breakfast. The staff were amazing and the food was to die for. I was full after breakfast but managed to squeeze in a piece of the nicest carrot cakes I have ever had. If we have time we’ll definitely come back.

Great tour and lots of information! Everything is perfect for those who want to learn about coffee. Beautiful terrain and eco-agricultural approach. Super friendly guides ready to answer all questions. Also great gift shop to buy a variety of fresh coffee and other things like caps, shirts, and costa rican coffee brewer! Great experience would recommend everyone!!!

The absolutely best Chai-Tee-Latte I've ever had. They were so wonderful here and let us make a little tasting of coffee varieties. We just sat and relaxed in a nice afternoon. In any case, a must stop!
