Domino's Pizza - San Leandro

I had a terrible experience with their delivery service. I placed an order and it took an extremely long time to arrive. The food never ended up being delivered, and they never answered their phone when I tried to contact them. I will never be ordering pizza from this place again and will be going back to get my money refunded.

I usually go to a small, family-owned pizza place near me, but they were closed for the New Year's weekend. So, I decided to give Dominos a try. Big mistake! I ended up paying a lot more money for a smaller pizza with fewer toppings, and the quality and taste were disappointing. I paid extra for additional pepperoni and salami, but there was barely any toppings on the pizza. I can't imagine how little there would have been if I hadn't paid extra. Overall, I will not be ordering from Dominos again. Save yourself the time and money and avoid this place.

In recent years, Dominos has often failed to live up to its advertising promises. However, they have recently improved without a significant price increase. Keep up the good work and you'll be back in the top 10! Salute!

This restaurant seems to hire anyone of Hispanic descent, regardless of whether they are rude, unable to read or speak English fluently. As an Asian person who is not American-born, I found it difficult to communicate and make an order due to the language barrier. The manager was rude and unhelpful, so I left without being greeted.

Terrible experience. They charge extra for everything. After placing an order through the app, I realized that the same order would have been much cheaper at the next closest location. They even charge more for standard additional items. Overall, this Domino's is worse than others. Save yourself the trouble and choose a different location from the list.
