Panda Express - San Leandro

I placed an online order and included a special request for chow mein, but unfortunately it was not on their menu. I was pleased to see that they had it available when I picked up my order, however I was disappointed to find out that I had received brown rice instead. The brown rice was overcooked and not enjoyable.

My husband had to use the restroom before we proceeded to stand in line for our food. The woman at the register, who we asked if we needed a key or code, had a rude and dismissive attitude. She brushed me off as if she was too good to talk to us, showing a lack of proper training.

If you generally enjoy Panda Express, you will like this place. Like McDonald's, Dunkin', and Coca Cola, it is consistent in quality across different locations. The service was satisfactory when I visited during the lunch rush, similar to other Panda Express locations.

I wanted a cup for only water they were out and refused to let me cut the regular size, unless I would pay $2.65 I argued a little and then lost had to ask for the cookie! very rude! I used the empty upper part of my conditioner to get some water.

They messed up the fried rice. It was mushy and clumpy. Rather gross. The Beijing beef and orange chicken I had were fine
