The drinks are great, and the food is exceptional! Unlike other places, everything here is fresh. Is it delicious? Absolutely!

I usually visit this shop for their milk tea, and most of the time the staff is nice. However, during my recent visit, the owner made my drink incorrectly. When I asked for my original order, he was rude and refused to correct it. This experience really highlighted the poor customer service. It's unfortunate because this place is very close to my home, and I'm quite frustrated since nothing comes at no cost.

The owner refused to issue a refund for a poorly made drink. Initially, we made a simple request regarding the drink's quality, but it seemed to upset him. The restaurant was quite dirty, with 5 to 10 flies buzzing around while we discussed the possibility of a refund. The menu was lacking, prompting us to consider other places for a better variety and, most importantly, higher quality food.

Slow down! When I visited this store in the past, an excellent service has always been offered. The Thai tea I ordered only tasted small boba was waiting during my 20-minute, they ran out of the small boba....UGH

I have been going their for a year. For my experience at Quickly, i would be going there forever
