Cafe Roma San Luis Obispo

This charming Italian restaurant in San Luis Obispo is a hidden gem. We had reservations and were promptly seated. Our meal began with a delightful bread basket. My husband enjoyed the chicken parmesan, which was fantastic, while I had the ravioli with meat sauce, which was equally delicious. We also ordered salads, which were fresh and beautifully presented. The service was excellent—attentive without being intrusive. We finished our meal with an irresistible crème brûlée. There’s both indoor and outdoor seating available.

This is one of the best Italian restaurants in San Luis Obispo County. The food and wine are outstanding. I wish they opened at 4:30 PM on weekends, as some live theater performances end at 4 PM. It would be great if at least the bar opened then.

This is one of our favorite spots in San Luis Obispo. The architecture is beautiful, and the atmosphere is joyful. The Italian food is genuinely authentic. It's a gem in this small town.

We love this restaurant and the service is amazing.

The restaurant was charming, and the service was great. My dinner was great, my husband's was slightly less so, but not horrible. There were seven of us, and we felt well taken care of. It was a little loud in there, and so hard to talk.
