Mandarin Gourmet - San Luis Obispo

What a wonderful restaurant. I'm very sad to know that I missed my chance to eat there for the last time. I've eaten there for almost 20 years and I'm very sad to know they're retired. Thank you for the years amazing food!

Food was good. Pho was good. My husband loves the general Tao chicken. The egg rolls are really good with the hot mustard.

Really yummy! Several vegan meal options if you’re plant based but no vegan appetizers (not sure if their egg rolls are vegan or contain egg . They “veganized” their fresh salad rolls by substituting meat with fried tofu and thinly sliced cucumbers for my order, and they were heavenly! Delicious enough to be a regular menu item :

Great food and good service. Knocked off one star because they seated us ...an older couple .....to where we were surrounded by families with small children.

Restaurant was clean. Our waitress was effecient but not very friendly. We had the lunch specials, Pork Chow Mein and Orange Chicken. For $15 the portions were adequate at best. Your basic generic tasting Chinese food. Would not reordered again.
