Írjon visszajelzéstTaco Bell offered the same quality food as other locations we've visited. The service was excellent, despite being understaffed, with only two employees managing the busy lobby at the time.
Aaron is the most dedicated employee I've ever encountered in the USA. He warmly welcomes every customer, suggests new menu items, and proactively engages with anyone who might be dissatisfied due to longer wait times. He even goes the extra mile by checking in with the kitchen staff to see how they can speed up service—all while wearing a genuine smile. This man truly deserves all the accolades!
When we first walked in, we were welcomed by the happiest and most enthusiastic staff I've ever encountered. I wish I could remember his name, but the man was kind, respectful, and incredibly thoughtful. We had intended to use the kiosk, but his energy encouraged us to sit at the old countertop instead! Our food was fresh and served quickly. The only reason I didn't give a 5-star rating is that the tea wasn't fresh and it was disappointing. Just a quick note: be careful as this location is in a high-traffic area, and there is no drive-thru.
I don’t usually complain, but I feel compelled to share my experience. This particular Taco Bell is not worth visiting. The food is consistently served cold, and they rarely get my order right. The service is poor; the staff seems unhappy and often appears rude, giving off a vibe that they dislike their jobs. Overall, this place is disappointing and not at all welcoming. Mistakes with orders are common here, which is frustrating. The management really needs to improve this location and support their employees better.
Nice that this Taco Bell was open to late. Not much open when we came to town. Food quality did not seem as valuable as the cost, but it was food at a time was nothing else around. Thank you. The staff was also quite entertaining, somehow strange, but very nice people.
