Insomnia Cookies - San Marcos

I ordered 2 chocolate chunk and a Snicker doodle. The chocolate chunk seemed fine. The snicker doodle was a soggy mess. When I took it out of the paper to show her it liquefied between my fingers. I showed her and she snapped at me and said it's because we just took them out of the oven. No! Its because either they weren't cooked long enough or they bungled the process. It was flat greasy and liquid. I asked for a different cookie and with attitude she said what do you want. I said I'd like a Snicker doodle. She said well that's what we have. I told her I'll just take another chocolate chunk then. And I'll add that we had to wait half an hour because they had a sign on the door saying they were baking more. Weird business model. Bake as you go maybe...They lost multiple customers due to as we sat here waiting and watching. Won't be back

The ice cream was really delicious! We’ve enjoyed them even in the cold weather! I’ll go again and again to taste different flavours!

So let me start with the time it took to get my order. Delivery time said 30 to 40 minutes. Over 2 hours later I get a call saying they do not have one item I had ordered. Then while I am still one the phone with them they say they do have the item. 3 hours after I ordered my order finally show up and guess what. The item they first said they didn 't have then all of a sudden they say they have is not delivered. I call them and they take no resposibility for poor customer service. The conversation I had with the person seemed to me like they don 't mind losing a customer because when I said I was just going to write a review and not order there anymore the kid on the line just said okay and hung up. Don 't waste your time waiting for poor quality products and just order get cookies from HEB that are not only much better but a 3rd of the price. Anyone else get the same kind of service from them please write the review. The place is way below what you would expect for the price.

I went in on Valentine’s Day and they were obviously very very busy but each employee was so sweet and they got my order out quickly after I arrived!

It's a bit of a pain to find close parking during the weekend, but they are open late, so they will fulfill your late night cravings. I always get the sugar and peanut butter cookies.
