Taco Bell - San Marcos

So for 22 years I have lived about 2 miles down the rd of this Taco Bell, it had its up and down, usually depending on who manages it in time, but I have a friend who is vegetarian and it happens to one of the only places he can eat, due to the fact that most places put meat in almost everything, and he can get a few kitsty bean and rice burritos. But every time we order, I ask for extra cheese and sauce, because there is never enough, and they charge an extra $1.20 I don't want to pay, it's never how I can't count how often this happened. It is not only annoying that it has become incredibly irritating, I cannot understand how this could happen almost every time when we go there, you come to people take only a little pride on the things you do, it is simply as simple as that, you will do it anyway, do a decent work of it.

However every time we order I ask for extra cheese and sauce, cause there's never enough, and they charge an extra $1.20, which I don't mind paying for, it's never on it, like I can't count how many times this has happened. It's not just annoying it's gotten incredibly irritating, I can't understand how this could happen almost every time we go there, come on people take just a little pride in the things you do, it's just as easy as that, you are going to make it anyway, so do a decent job of it.

Food was as expected for taco bell, went through drive through and it was pretty quick but the customer service was fantastic. She was nice, didn't make me feel rushed at the speaker and when at the window was super friendly.Food: 4/5

Placed an online order at 12:20ish and pulled up around 12:40, 20 minutes before they close, and im told that they 1) didn’t get the order and 2) can’t take ours at the window because they already cleaned up…? Why? I’ve worked in food service as well as other service areas and we’ve never closed or stopped taking orders 20 minutes before closing lol. I’m literally following behind this guy who was in front of me at the other Taco Bell drive thru so I’m sure the owner loves losing service lmao ?.

I visited about mid morning just before breakfast was about to end. I came in and used the kiosks to order. I absolutely love the kiosks and wish every fast food restaurant had them. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, even helping a couple order at the cashiers. I was very surprised by how clean and neat everything was. My food came out very fast and everything was correct.
