Írjon visszajelzéstIl venerdì 03 giugno 2022, io e il mio partner abbiamo deciso di raggiungere San Martino di Venezia e pranzare al Busa, nonostante la giornata piuttosto trafficata e i 30 km che separano il posto dalla nostra casa. Il risultato? Non avremmo potuto fare una scelta migliore! Accolti da un servizio eccellente, abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di gustare prelibatezze di pesce e antipasti cotti alla perfezione, che reinterpretano i sapori della Sicilia grazie all'uso di materie prime fresche provenienti dalla stessa regione; gamberi su un letto di fagioli in salsa; cotolette fresche, fatte in casa, con tartufo nero e pecorino; spaghetti alle vongole con bottarga sparsa. Tutto questo ha reso il nostro pranzo una vera gioia per gli occhi e il palato. PS: Guarda le foto allegate per credere! La posizione è curata, con vista sul bellissimo giardino con posti a sedere e il personale, incluso il proprietario, è cordiale e professionale come pochi! Voto: 10 e lode! Un titolo in triplo stile consulente: 5 stelle. Mi dispiace.
Good menu, w/combination of fish and meat and seafood. Pastas also very tasty, especially the one with truffle. Winelist covers a variety of good wines, both Italian and across border. We had lunch without knowing where we would end up, this was so good that we made reservations for coming back for dinner. Owners were very friendly and hospitable. Make sure to look for this restaurant when in the area!
We were a bit surprised to find a restaurant of this caliber it seems in the middle of nowhere( about 10km outside of Rovigo)but it seems a destination restaurant for many,is quite famous and many large groups were celebrating family events such as baptisms,etc. All in all the atmosphere was really nice,the restaurant elegant as well as cozy,nice witnessing Italian families celebrating and eating well. I think it might of caused our dishes to come out a bit slower than was right for us as we waited a bit too long between the first course and the second. Our first courses,both pastas,were delicious. My husbands second,beef,was really good. My tuna,four ways was very very dry and I really should have sent it back but I did not and it left me with a bit of a bad memory of the restaurant while I think the restaurant generally is very good so I should have given them the chance to correct the problem but by then I wasn 't so hungry after waiting too long for the dish. The first dishes were plentiful,so not sure we even needed the second dish anyway. Most families were eating family style off of big round platters or all eating the same thing but in several courses preordered for the table ,which might be the way to go. We would go back if in the area again hoping the plates would come out as promptly as we saw done for others and there wasn 't the confusion with the tuna as the waiter used the word raw which I was looking forward to,instead he must have meant to say rare but it was extremely overcooked instead.
Piacevolissima sorpresa ritrovare “La Busa” : grande salto di qualità della materia prima elaborata con cura , attenzione per l’ospite, pulizia, carta dei vini completa . Chiamarla trattoria è riduttivo. Veranda e giardino con ambiente tranquillo e rispettoso delle distanze, menù degustazione eccellente , servizio impeccabile, crudo e catalana sempre disponibili senza prenotazione.Da provare assolutamente, consigliatissimo !
Das Menü der Meeresfrüchte Verkostung war ausgezeichnet. Optisch ansprechend und geschmackvoll ausgezeichnet. Inmitten der italienischen Gäste fühlten wir uns sehr wohl. Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Familienunternehmen!
