Sweetgreen - San Mateo

I ordered two salads for delivery from sweetgreen's app and surprisingly both arrived without any lettuce (neither romaine nor spinach that I had ordered). I am unsure how this could have occurred unless the restaurant was completely out of lettuce. However, I was not contacted about the issue and find it difficult to believe that a salad company would run out of lettuce. As a result, I received two barely filled bowls (see picture). It appears that this location has some quality control issues. I typically enjoy sweetgreen, but I would not recommend this particular location.

I used to order from this restaurant every week, but after getting two salads with rotten leaves in a row, I have decided to take my business elsewhere.

YES. slaads are fantastic. $13 or less for a vegetarian salad (I get the green goddess ranch). Always ask for extra dressing

I absolutely love this restaurant! Not only can you choose from the menu options, but you can also customize your bowl by adding extra toppings. The seasonal bowls are consistently delicious.

We order here very regularly. It?s best to order from the app and pick up. Although it feels like they give you more when you order in store as opposed to picking up the salad. We always love the salads, it?s always fresh and the staff is always nice.
