Martin Cafe - San Miguel de Allende

Este lugar entre por la curiosidad buscando un buen desayuno, pobre pobre pobre un concepto x, teniendo la cafeteria de la biblioteca nada que comparar, estos lugares son bendecidos por sus locaciones pero al parecer los dueños piensan que es lo único que necesitan, queremos lugares que se esfuerzen por darnos productos de calidad con sabor, presentación con innovación constante para poder ofrecerles constancia y fidelidad a sus negocios.

Afuera vi "El mejor capucciono de San Miguel", me invitaron a pasar y el chico que me atendió me dio el capucciono más simple de San Miguel.

Llegamos por casualidad a desayunar nos sorprendió gratamente con la calidad de los alimentos y el sazón pedimos huevos y french toast muy recomendable. El lugar es pequeño con una muy bonita decoración, tan a gusto nos sentimos que decidimos regresar a comer ese mismo dia! optamos por la comida corrida de tres tiempos, ese dia tocaba pollo al curry y pescado las guarniciones de arroz y ensalada deliciosas ademas las cremas y el postre, todo muy casero pero con toque Gourmet todo esto a un muy buen precio de $80 pesos. Buen provecho!

Five of us, exhausted from shopping in the mercado artesanias, were thrilled to find this little caffe for lunch. we all had the arrechera, which is a fork tender marinated flank steak, with fresh guacamole and cut-to-order. service was pleasant and accommodating as well. I loved the refreshing green juice, and the flan was big enough to share.

Martin always tries to add new joys to his menu. and he just hit the jackpot! he decided to try to add drawn black and brisket sandwiches. he cooks these things himself and it takes him about 9 hours. the results are delicious. The...meat is delicate and the grill looked mild (or hot if they want chipotle. he also added a pulled pork benedict.(with hollandaise and barbecue sauce. it is absolutely tasty and according to my opinion the best on the menu. (maybe a little too rich to eat too often, but if they really want something good! I don't think there are too many places in san miguel that offer drawn black or brisket. but if you find martins, you won't look for others.
