The staff was very knowledgeable and casually asked the chef about any potential food safety issues. When we arrived, they inquired about food restrictions and promptly provided us with a gluten-free menu. I was delighted to find lobster bisque on the menu, as gluten often seems to be present in many places I've visited. I enjoyed that, along with a delicious shrimp dish, and I felt fantastic afterward, even the next day!
