Closed when we're here. The hours mentioned say they are open by the day. Please update the hours, maybe? The shop is also very slow to work with just one employee. But the food is good. After a few months update: the slowest service in any grocery store. Take 25 minutes to get your food. Probably the worst little business in San Ramon.

The first time here, let the employees know that directly from the bat felt some negative energy from the guy who helped me, I didn't know what I had chosen, but I had to take some time to make my selection, there was no other in the branch so I didn't hold a line. Not friendly with all very monotone I know that he could speak a little polite, because after taking my order and giving me my food, he had a full conversation with the female employee who was there. So basically he doesn't think he's polite or friendly for customers who spend their money there to have a job for him. Have no thanks or have a nice night or please come She'll be back, the guy rubbed me in the wrong way.

Love this place! Best Poke! Friendly service and delicious. It is a small location so that lines form quite fast and service is a bit slow. This would not recommend if you only have a 30-minute lunch break in the week.

I was a little hesitant to get poke being vegetarian, but the tofu is absolutely wonderful. I got a small bowl, and it was a perfect sized meal. The bowls are so flavorful, and I really appreciate how they mix the sauce, protein, and vegetables. The little seasonings they put on top just send it to the next level. The food comes out fast, and for a good price. I went with a friend, and both of us could not stop raving about it. I will be coming back!
