La Tasca - San Salvador

Ordered online and upon arriving home noticed the kitchen forgot to put pico de gallo in with my order. When I called the restaurant back to inform them of this, the person checked and said they did forget to put it in the bag. I asked if it could berefunded to my card and the man stated he couldn?t do it I would have to call back in the morning when the manager wasthere. What type of customer service is this? You, the restaurant messed up the order, but I have to call the next day in themorning to speak to the manager when they?re there to resolve the issue of a refund for an item you did not put in my order? Whyis there not a better system for situations like this when a customer has a complaint about their order? I have to now take timeout my day tomorrow to resolve an issue that could have been resolved tonight.

OMG This by far has to be the worst tacos I have had in my life . I love tacos it was my craving through both my pregnancies and my kids love tacos we eat it at least 3-4 times a week and I have never tasted something so disgusting in my life . I had thesteak tacos bought 6 waisted my money over $25 and was only able to eat just 1 Taco of how bad the steak was .

It is a great place to drink, some beers are super cheap compared to other places, they really close late and that is a place you need to visit when you come to El Salvador
