Kfc - San Ysidro

This will definitely be my last time ordering from this place, and I will be sure to warn locals against ordering online! To make matters worse, they shorted me one piece of chicken and didn’t even get my entire order right. I really hope this review catches the attention of a thoughtful manager. If not, it seems like the service will only continue to decline, taking advantage of customers who have supported this restaurant for years. Unfortunately, this experience was the last straw for me, and it was definitely the worst one yet!

The restaurant often closes earlier than the stated hours. The menu is consistently limited, and they frequently run out of certain items. Additionally, the staff can be unfriendly and unmotivated, particularly when you visit within an hour of closing time.

I had a terrible experience with the service here. They seem to close whenever they feel like it. The staff was rude and indifferent. This is the second time I've come when they were supposed to be open, only to find them closed. It’s currently just 7:37 PM.

Good place to go and eat , or use the drive-through window ? workers they are always nice quick and courteous to serve you.

I do not know what was wrong, is a nation wide franchise isn't? I asked for crispy chicken, one order of four pieces? Let me start with this, oily on the outside to the point you can see, feel it and taste it. The dough outside was raw in some places, tasted awful. Third the white meat was dry, can something else go wrong? Oh their favor the Cole slaw was good. Maybe because Ilike Church ???? as my benchmark. Pitiful isn't but be sure I am not coming back just for cole slaw only.
