Lucky California - Sand City

I just want to to give a shout to store employee Hector. I went their today, he was very pleasant, helpful and he was being a cashier and helping customers with self checkout when needed. He always had a smile on his face. He juggled both areas quickly and with professionalism. I hope you know what a valuable employee you have in him.

There are so many stores to buy groceries at in this area. You would think that this store would teach their employees to be nice to people. I shop here bc the selection is great, the store is clean and its open late. But today will be my last time. And i will not recommend this store to anyone I know. The employee's here are so miserable and rude. Like downright disrepctful, they eat on duty and are constantly talking to eachother. Its a suprise if they even greet you. I had one lady mad at me because it was close to closing time?? Then theres the older woman who wears glasses with grey hair. She is so rude and miserable and talks down to everyone! She outright argued with me tonite, and ive seen her do it to other people as well. I will never shop here again.

Very rude older lady that works the self check out I won't be back she is miserable and makes everybody around her. Fill her misery. No customer service skills at all.

Beautiful restaurant with a fantastic selection, but prices are very high. It is pricier than Safeway; you might as well shop at Whole Foods.

Prejudice racial basis accused of stealing when first walked in followed around the store I left store feeling discussed came want by fresh produce and meat left with nothing Pamela store clerk and Michael store manger F no customer service or lack of feedback or greeting customers if u come be aware of being profile of false accused of shoplifting if u non cacausian will never return again
