Mcdonald's - Sand Springs

Excellent experience here. I usually do not stop at McDonald's but it was late in the day and I needed a coffee and McDonald's has some of the best. I was told to wait while they fresh brewed it for me which I was totally delighted to hear. Thank you for going above and beyond and making me a fresh cup. I enjoyed every drop. Customer service experience is above and beyond expectations at this location. Thanks

Ordering is especially fast using the McDonald's app. I definitely am more able to get exactly what I need by ordering online. I don't like that the points earned expire. Although they give you a warning that you are about to lose your points, you can only order one item at a time with points. They do have pretty good promotions in the app that are updated frequently.

Again I just went to another place and got a high seat orange drink it's one of the drinks that I can drink due to my disability no carbonation and absolutely refreshing

While everyone else was doing nothing your manger Rose went up and above. I was having a hard time on the kiosk and she came right out and took my order. She told my wife and I go sit down that she would make sure she brings it out while other lazy employees called out table numbers. She made sure everything was good and if we needed anything. You need managers like Rose. Thank you Rose for the best service yet. Ill be back

This is one of the busiest McDonald's I've seen. The staff work really hard and definitely deserve a break!
