Starbucks - Sand Springs

I need to retract my previous review. I had a wonderful experience this morning. Even though it was 5:45 AM, the staff was friendly and helpful (I'm not very familiar with Starbucks terminology). When I was asked about the size of my drink, Michelle assisted me by simply stating, “big, medium, or small.” She also spelled my name correctly! Overall, it was a lovely experience!

Always a pleasant stop. This is the first time I remember going to the house, but my experience was exactly the same. The restroom was clean and the partners are friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you.

Loved my coffee, it was great. And it didn't take very long for them to take the order and get me thru to drive thru window, then It was off to tackle my day.

The staff was friendly, and while I felt my order could have been better, that may be a matter of personal opinion. The drive-thru can be a bit slow and hectic at times. The outdoor dining and drinking area is nice. Overall, it’s a clean Starbucks. It’s also child-friendly, with suitable food and drink options for kids, high chairs available, and a changing table in the general restroom. Additionally, the location is handicap accessible, with ample handicap parking and spacious accessible restrooms.

This restaurant is situated in a lively area that boasts a variety of excellent shops nearby. The atmosphere is inviting, and the staff take great pride in their service, consistently ensuring that our orders are accurate. The interior is always clean and welcoming, making it a pleasant place to dine. Additionally, the overall upkeep of the establishment is commendable, contributing to a positive dining experience.
