Applebee's Grill - Sandusky

Went here Saturday the 20th of April, ordered two orders of wings, Buffalo, and garlic parm, both orders were over cooked, and no sauce on them. Ordered a burger and fries , they came out cold, asked for some condiments and never received. Bad all the way around!! Won't be back for awhile

Bout a month ago I made a complaint on how burnt my onion rings were and how much of mess the whole meal was. Then they told me they would refund me with a gift card. Today I recieved a business card saying free lunch or dinner on us but only up to $10 when my meal costs almost 20. So with that said I'm going to corporate now if this is how you handle poor service. I would be lucky to find a sandwich in your menu for less than $10. This is rude and a simple slap in the face for telling them they did there job wrong. This is highly unprofessional.

Ordered a few steaks and when they are doing it right, their grilling and dinners are great. Unfortunately, they are so inconsistent! After a few visits this time to Sandusky after making my steak wrong, I went back in to complain and the cook apparently in the back was denying the error. After showing them my steak, they sit my side items off to the side for 20 minutes and recooked the steak only to overcook it to the max. Overly well done and all dried out, they might as well as just let me keep the original steak with it's flaws. The second steak was ruined, the side items were cold by the time I got them back. After not going to Applebee's for 15 years because of the inconsistency BEFORE, I will never go back again.

Overcooked wings. Bacon cheese burger sent with no bacon. Burger not seasoned at all.

Terrible experience .....submitted my comments directly to Applebee's!!! Hopefully, they will respond!!!
