Subway - Sandusky

The two women working at the Perkins Ave Subway on April 15th at 7:30 had excellent customer service! They were both very welcoming and friendly, which was greatly appreciated and refreshing.

Training new employees and correcting their mistakes is beneficial for any business, however, if they are overly proud about removing a single pepperoncini for a customer and boast about their low cost as a franchise, perhaps they should consider a different career. The customer service was atrocious.

I arrived at this restaurant around 8:45 pm on Saturday, January 8th, 2022 to grab a sub for my friend who had just finished work at a nearby shop. I was worried that they might be closing soon and could be out of certain items, but when I pulled into the parking lot, I saw that the entire dining area was already closed and all the food had been thrown away. There were about 5 people inside for some reason, all in a group, and it seemed odd that so many employees were needed to close such a small restaurant. They all stared at me as I approached, and someone quickly came to the glass window with my car to take my order. I noticed they were laughing as they turned off all the lights around 8:50 pm. Overall, I found this experience to be unprofessional and disappointing.

Manager's got a bad job. it is rude for anyone who comes in. if I find out their names, be sick here to post it for you!

Quick service.good place to go when lunch is confined to 29.5 minutes.
