This restaurant is a great spot for food only, as there is no coffee shop inside. The layout consists of one floor dedicated to food, while the neighboring building has two floors. It makes me wonder why they didn't utilize the space to expand their offerings on their website. The cost per square foot must be high, considering the amount of space designated for just food.

My friend and I visited this restaurant for coffee and mince pie. We were disappointed with the unhappy staff and noticed dust around the restaurant. After speaking with the manager about the cleanliness issue, he apologized and said he would address it. However, we were not offered any compensation for our inconvenience. The staff at the food hall were also unhelpful, making us wait for service at the bakery counter. In today's competitive job market, we expected better service. We do not plan on returning anytime soon.

I frequently visit the M and S cafe and the staff there are amazing. They always make you feel welcome and are more than willing to help with anything you need. The food is consistently fresh and delicious, of high quality. Keep up the good work!

Lovely clean little hidden resturant suitable for a quick coffee or snack only small and hidden away with in the store lovely service medium prices with a small range to suit most tastes

Service in cafe good, food is what you expect from M&S. But the place is absolutely freezing!!!! Commented to a member of staff stacking a shelf in the food hall who had a quilted M&S coat on) and she said it’s because of the high ceilings no high ceilings in cafe) Apparently others have made comments too.
