Chili's Grill - Sandy

Sampler was great! We ordered the honey chipotle boneless wings, southwestern egg rolls and big mouth sliders. The queso perfecto but the chips...not so great. Chips were not fully cooked and stuck together.

Everything I ordered tonight was really good. Thank you Chilis crew and DoorDash driver. Good experience all around.

Food was not cooked to what I asked. All food was cold. Ordered the classic Ribeye and it was at best 6-7 ounces, and the added shrimp looked like they came from a can for cheese dip.

The food is so good! However we ordered bone in wings and got boneless so that was a let down. But overall delicious! The quesadilla was my favorite soooo good!

I went there for takeout yesterday for myself and a friend. I ordered the 10 oz sirloin to be cooked medium. When I got home I could tell it had been cooked well past well done which I really don't like. I called Chili's to inform them of the mistake andto see if I could return it and have another steak cooked correctly. I spoke with Amy who told me of course I could but not toworry about bringing the first one back. I arrived at the restaurant where she brought out my order along with an appetizer aswell. During my teens and twenties I worked at many restaurants so I know mistakes happen. I wasn't terribly upset but I didwant my steak cooked to my liking. Thanks to Amy, everything was fixed and then some. I will definitely return due to herwonderful attitude and willing to help. Thank you, Amy! I'll be a repeat customer due to your great attitude and willingness tohelp.
