Dairy Queen - Sandy

This location is a hot mess and not up to the standard that Dairy Queen typically up holds. I was significantly over charged. They don't know their own product, they don't have functionality for the app to earn or redeem points, they shorted the blizzard. I tried to order a wonder woman blizzard and the guy had zero clue what it was so I had to order a different blizzard even though the items needed to make a wonder woman were absolutely available. The guy said they don't have the ability to do anything with the app. The blizzard was barely up to the rim of the cup, a typical blizzard is typically a good amount above the rim of the cup. Then I get home and am looking at my credit card app and notice I was basically charged double for the blizzard which proves my point of incompetence even more.

I came for 1 thing and sadly it had left with the ch aging of the seasons. : my milkshake I got instead was good but nothing amazing. I was bummed that the times listed on google were not accurate so we had to eat in our car(updated).

Everything was great except that they close inside dining very early at 8 PM so if you want something the drive through is available if you want to wait in line for 20 to 40 minutes. The time I spent in line was about 32 minutes and during that time I saw no less than 15 cars turn away rather than wait in line. Had I not have had such a craving for ice cream and a cheeseburger I to woulD have left rather sit in the line. So just a suggestion,,..open your doors the same hours as your drive through. However the employees were very nice and working as hard as they can and rhe food was very good even better than most dairy queens I've eaten at. So if your a patient person and want ice cream after 8 be ready to wait in a long Line....maybe bring a book to read...

I haven't stopped by for quite some time and now I remember why! The food was barely edible, not to mention COLD! I ordered a burger meal and a chicken finger meal. The burger was subpar and I had a hard time finding any chicken I the fingers! It was mostly batter!! This will be the last time I will ever come to this location!!

The food tasted pretty good. I got the honey bbq tossed and sauced. It was delicious, but the sauce wasn't fully coating the tenders. It all tasted fresh and hot like it just came out of the fryer. Service was alright. They had me wait at the speaker, and when they took my card, they put it in the card reader, then walked away without giving my card back. I had to ask for my card after they handed me my food.
