Írjon visszajelzéstI found a big opening event here and could taste some dishes. I feel like a lot of my experience was unique to this event, but I can certainly say that the food was DELICIOUS! I'd like to come back and try more. Also the staff and the owner seemed friendly, and the restaurant was nice and clean. Per Noi Trattoria in the highlands feels like a hidden gem and is definitely worth a look.
The food is just as amazing as their original location in Sugarhouse. I'm so glad they're closer now. The owners and staff are very good at what they do. If you want some unbelievable Italian food in a great location, this is definitely the place.
The Per Noi Trattoria has recently opened in Sandy; the owner said they had another restaurant in Sugarhouse. There is plenty of seating, even for large groups. We were seated immediately, and the friendly service never stopped. Because it was new, we ordered some entrees that were traditional Italian fare. We split (for 2) the house salad, with baby greens, shaved parmesan cheese and a very good balsamic dressing. There was a basket of chunks of the softest, best bread that perfectly complimented the salad course. We had ordered a pizza and spaghetti with meatballs. The Quatro Stagioni pizza was thin crust, with amazing toppings, offering four well balanced options (representing the four seasons). The size was ample, and so tasty that none were left. The spaghetti was cooked to perfect al dente texture, in a tomato sauce will a full, fresh tomato flavor. I loved the shaved parmesan cheese, and fresh basil. Meatballs can be very telling of the chef's skill, and the meatballs in the spaghetti dish were wonderful ample without being dense or bready, and cooked to perfection. If I hadn't stuffed myself on the spaghetti and bread, I was dying to try the dessert menu...some very appealing choices there, but that's for my next trip. The Per Noi has a kids' menu, a lunch menu, weekly specials for lunch, nightly specials, and an impressive wine list. This is definitely worth a return trip, or a few dozen. Stellar service, terrific food, and reasonable price.
We are big fans of Per Noi in Millcreek and decided to give their Sandy location a try on Saturday. It’s much closer to our home, and the food is just as delicious. The service was outstanding, and we loved the Risotto, which featured a pesto sauce with chicken and sun-dried tomatoes. We also had the Spaghetti Michaelangelo, which had a wonderful spicy kick and a delightful garlic flavor. We were thrilled to see that the Limoncello cake is still on the menu. We want to spread the word because I don't think many people realize that it's still open. Give it a try!
I was invited to a complimentary dinner for the grand opening of the restaurant. To be honest, the event was a bit disorganized, but the food was quite impressive. The meatballs were delicious, the chicken was moist and well-seasoned, the marinara sauce struck a perfect balance of sweetness and spice for my taste, and the cheesecake was fantastic. I didn't get a chance to see a menu, so I'm not sure about their other offerings or pricing. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the owner seemed genuine. We'll definitely consider visiting again sometime.
