Wendy's - Sandy

I just left this restaurant, and I was really impressed by how fast they were! Their customer service absolutely blew me away, especially thanks to a staff member named Chance. It felt like a Ritz Carlton experience, which is quite unexpected for a Wendy's! Chance is a perfect example of how service should be done. If you're looking for tips on excellent customer service, I highly recommend checking it out. Thank you, Chance, for your outstanding service! *Edit: The food was only a 2-star quality, and they did forget one item. However, I’m giving 5 stars for the amazing service I received.

The restaurant is conveniently accessible from both directions, which is a big advantage for visitors. There are plenty of parking spaces available, making it easy to accommodate a good number of patrons. Inside, the restaurant is clean and has a spacious waiting and ordering area. I appreciate the ample windows that allow you to enjoy the outside view no matter where you're seated. The woman who took my order was very friendly and welcoming, which made a positive impression. I would definitely consider returning to this restaurant.

Fast food has become what it is today: convenient, but often slow due to staff shortages and rising food prices. My order went smoothly, and the staff member who assisted me was incredibly sweet and patient with my somewhat complicated request. I ordered a grilled Chicken Asiago Club without the roll, no ranch, and with mayo added. This dish has always fit into my gluten-free diet, but I'm not entirely certain it would be suitable for someone with celiac disease.
