Domino's Pizza - Sandy Springs

I arrived late, and my order was ready about 45 minutes before I got there, but they were kind enough to wait for me and it was still warm! Unfortunately, when I walked in, they mistakenly combined my order with someone else's (luckily, I noticed the size difference). They also had trouble locating my order in the payment system and were busy helping another customer, which added to the delay. I think they may have accidentally canceled my order. After I attempted to place a new order for a regular large pizza with a 20% discount (which came to $15), I showed them my confirmation for the $7.99 carryout I had originally ordered. At that point, the staff member told me the pizza was on the house. I genuinely appreciate the free pizza in light of the mix-up! We often have high expectations of our pizza places, and I am thankful for the patience and kindness of the staff I encountered during this experience. Thank you for making an effort to correct things when they went awry!
