Life Cafe - Sandy Springs

I absolutely love it! Joining Lifetime was one of the best health investments I’ve ever made. Yes, it can be pricey, but that really depends on your personal situation. I never tell others how to spend their money, but for me, it’s definitely worth it! I joined up so that my daughter could have the gym experience as well. They offer numerous activities for kids, and she enjoys it just as much as I do. The amenities are fantastic—steam rooms, saunas, a variety of great classes, healthy food options, an on-site salon, pools, and more. For me, it's the perfect place to work out and also unwind, all under one roof. I truly love this place, and I feel like I deserve it! Ice. T

Lifetime Atlanta is the best gym and club in the city. The customer service is outstanding, and there are always classes available on weekends and even during holidays. The trainers are friendly, and the facilities are kept exceptionally clean. The children's area is well-maintained and provides a variety of fun activities. The outdoor pool feels like a hotel resort, featuring slides for kids, a spacious café with healthy food options, a steam room, sauna, salon, and more. It truly has everything I need and want in a fitness club.

I've been a member for nearly four years, and I can't say enough good things about this place. The classes are outstanding, and the instructors genuinely care about providing excellent instruction. This is by far the best fitness club I've ever joined. The children's facility is well-kept and offers plenty of fun activities for kids. I would highly recommend this club to anyone. It's a serious fitness center that truly delivers!

I love the kindness of the staff, the countless amenities, amazing wet areas, cleanliness and privacy in the locker room/shower areas, and especially the entire service saloon. My stylist India is not only nice, but gives me the best haircuts everywhere. Aldo is also wonderful. Stop the good work.

It's like my second home! I take full advantage of all the amenities and dedicate a full 3 to 4 hours to my visits... with my workout, spa time, pool time, cafe time... the whole 9 yards. Had some issues with my initial account manager however I've been transferred to the best one there Micah! Love this place and so happy to be a Diamond Member... well worth the money! Plus I can't forget my favorite class to attend... DANCE JAM (DJ you are awesome! and my awesome motivators: Micah, TJ, Liz, Kyle, and CeCe!! #lovemylifetime theclassycritic
