Which to me is the most important part when you're ordering food delivery, because we're paying a premium, and you can't really change it at that point. I ordered pepperoni lovers with mushrooms added and the hut favorite crust flavoring. It definitely didn't have any more pepperoni than normal (and normal is pretty skimpy . No mushrooms. No hut favorite flavoring (which I was looking forward to! I understand my delivery driver probably can't check my box due to Covid concerns, so I feel like unfortunately the blame lies on Pizza Hut. They should have double and triple checked.
I ordered P 'zone and it was and AIR POCKET!! The lady working had the nerve to tell me that 's typical ingredients!! Really Miss Ma 'am!! As we showed her the pictures she had the NERVE to say, well that 's advertisement, it NEVER comes out looking like the pictures Well excuse me!! But this has me OUTRAGED!! 0/10 for me!!
Pan pizza all the way. Lots or weekly bargains as the pizza war continues in Atlanta. Last week ANY large pizza for $10 and a nice drive up window on Buford Hwy. Ordered online, just a pizza. I had the timer up and there was a knock at the door in the final minute. Pizza was hot and good and right. We ordered pizza delivery cause we just didn't feel like getting out of our hotel after working. We used the app and customized everything in our order. It arrived on time and everything was customized perfectly. Very fresh and delicious. The only problem is we couldn't eat it all and this horrible hotel (ahem...Marriott) doesn't have a microwave for us to warm up the leftovers. It was still worth the price paid!

If I could give this location no stars I would. First I callled and they said they didn't deliver to my address. Then after a brief hold the lady came back and said they did, she just gets her zip codes confused. I placed an order and was told it wouLd take about 30 minutes. After about 50 minutes the driver calls me twice to say he's lost. After I didn't hear bAck from him for 10 min I called the location for them to tell me he was on his way back with our pizza due to the fact hE couldn't reach me. Needless to say not sure how he couldn't when he'd called me twice. Rachel, the manager, got on the phone and asked me again for my address and confirmed my phone number. She couldn't comprehend they already had this info and all we wanted was our food. She then said they could make another pizza and have that one sent out instead. The best she could offer was $5 off our NEXT order. Ok, first confirm that your drivers are capable of following directions and have a procedure for when they are delivering. The epitome of unprofessionalism. Don't order from them!
