Olea Mediterranean Grill - Sanford

My wife frequently dines at this restaurant for dinner. However, we were disappointed to discover that they have been closed since 3 o'clock. Despite placing an online order and paying for it, there was no way for her to actually eat. It looks like we will have to go through the process of getting a refund.

My friend and I ordered the bowl and fries, and it was absolutely amazing. The flavors are so diverse and unique. I will definitely be coming here more often. The atmosphere is great and I had a lot of fun. Definitely worth the money!

That was this week respected my work, and everything came in a separate container, and I could eat what I wanted. it was excellent. I wanted to take my family on Friday. I am vegan and gluten-free, so I was super excited to try the falafel! as soon as we went to order, the dinge went downhill. first the falafel is not gluten-free, and that shocked me, but I was ready to taste the roasted vegetables. I suspect it would be paprika, swirling, tomato or the like. nope, broccoli, dry cauliflower and carrots. like frozen veggies that were microwaves. second, my family had never had her eating, so they needed to look time. (they are not gluten-free or vegan btw) I do not think that I have ever experienced such abstention in my life by a worker in a business. she was the most unfriendly person I ever meet in a customer service position and so young. it was very unpleasant, and I only gave up my review to ask my family what they thought about the service. they agree with me. I wanted to hide under the table after playing this place up to my family. we sat there and ate shockingly, and we had almost feared to go upstairs and order more food. Finally another girl came into the counter, and she was pleasant. I will try again in a few weeks because I like to eat this, and my family also loved it. I will revise whether there is a better customer service. also make her falafel gluten-free! (rating is not for the sad, gluten-like falfel, but perhaps the sad, dry veggies ... update- went again 2 times, and the service and eating was great! I have changed my review as the angry girl has disappeared. enjoy

We went back after a long lay-off due to bowls being half full!This time bowls were full to rim and excellent flavor!Keep it up Olea ?
