Írjon visszajelzést1st time here, Typical subway, loud mouth dark haired tatted girl acted like she owns the place. Treated every customer like they were beneath her. Wanted to charge $4 extra if I wanted a wrap but a sub was same price, go figure! Had a 1st day girl and a really cool guy transferred from southern oregon was extremely polite and helpful! Definitely not going back as long as she’s there!
Aurora is great! She's always friendly, happy and smiling. She makes it so enjoyable to hop in and grab a sandwich real quick.
I want to be clear that I adore all the regular staff, even the pinch hitters that show up to fill staffing shortages. They're all wonderful, and this review isn't a complaint about any of them. They have always given and continue to give me a wonderful experience every time I walk in. That coupled with this location being nearest my home has had it as a favorite in my Subway app since we moved here a year ago. We used to be in this store once a week and more.In the last 90 days, menu item availability has diminished substantially. Whoever's responsible for getting this location their chips, soda, and toppings is dropping the ball such that we've had to switch locations just to get our full regular orders. Standard sandwich ingredients like pickles are frequently just not there. There's also been huge turnover at this location, and the remaining regular staff's morale has clearly dropped in that timeframe, too, in spite of how hard they work to hide that. Tack on the 8pm closure sign on the door...Is corporate or a franchiser running this location into the ground? It seems like it. If not, y'all need to support this location better because its infrastructure appears to be failing.I'm going to reduce this location to once a month visits and go to the next nearest one until it does some housekeeping to get back up to spec. Its staff and regulars deserve better from the corporation and franchisers.
This is the second time my order has been confirmed after ordering online, only for me to arrive and find out they canceled my order. Today they confirmed my order for pick up at 8:45pm I arrived to find a note on the door saying they close at 8pm this week. Why confirm an order for pick up at 8:45 when you close at 8. Also, that means I have to wait 5-7 business days for my money to return to my account. This is incredibly un reliable place to order from. Super pissed.
