I absolutely love the vegan tacos with sofritas (made with soy), pinto beans, white rice, guacamole, and hot sauce at this restaurant. They are incredibly delicious!

The Sofritas burrito was a disappointment. You can easily recreate it at home by heating up beans and rice and wrapping them in a tortilla.
