Savy Donuts - Santa Ana

This place doesn't deserve any stars! The woman working today at 10:50 AM was incredibly rude. She got my order wrong and insisted that I was the one at fault, even telling my husband that he had ordered incorrectly, even though he didn't speak to her at all. Terrible customer service! I won't be returning!

Although I don't reside in Santa Ana, I always make it a point to visit this place for my smoothies with boba when I'm in town visiting friends and family. I've been getting donuts and boba drinks here since 2013, and this is the only spot I go to for my treats.

The customer service was lacking; the staff member seemed rushed even though it wasn't closing time. Additionally, I had difficulty understanding her English.

Wonderful, fresh donuts. They are exactly how we like them, fluffy and not too sweet. Prompt and polite service. We will definitely be back.

Doesn 't even deserve 1 star! Always ask for pricing if items ! Every time I come I get charged a different price for the same items! They try to over charge ! I used to always go for boba before I experienced what actual fresh boba tastes like at other places. Their boba is old and nasty always! But anyways the real complaint is I go today and she lectures me over me paying with a card,I 'm like okay there is no sign that says no cards she 's like we don 't make money on card purchases I 'm like well that 's all I have and she gets all pissed. I get a cappuccino and she tells me it 's going to be $6 I tell her it says $2.75 on the menu she 's like yea but your card charges more. Really a whole $3.25 more ??? No way! So it 's raining today and I had double lid so that I wouldn 't get rain water in my coffee, she removes the lid herself and tells me it 's 1 lid per coffee. I 'm like yea it 's raining and why did you touch my drink? She 's like these cost too much really a f lid?? Cant believe I ever gave business here.
