Subway - Santa Ana

I visited this restaurant and wanted to use a voucher. The lady at the counter informed me that they could not accept it, even though it was still valid. She was rude and didn’t provide any alternative options. When I politely inquired about the reason, she mentioned that the system wasn’t working properly. I believe they should display a sign with this information before customers place their orders.

I've been visiting this place for years, and the staff here is incredibly friendly and efficient. I love the variety of fresh vegetable options for my sandwiches and wraps. The tables are always clean, and the meals are hearty. This is definitely my favorite Subway location for food.

The load was the only one close to me who was open late, but gott that they did not deserve! was supervised by an uncompetent person who does not know their products! that is not true! it was expensive! in the last minute you could hardly see the sign for the subway because all cars for the other facility were parked next door. the inboxes were not easily recognizable directly from the hit. would not recommend this situation to all!

I came to this subway a few times, but his bad customer service. his next subway to me, so I came here. I tried to get a sandwich 20 minutes before closing time, but both doors were locked and no worker was in front. I noticed that the worker was behind and I tried to knock on both doors to get their attention. I called the number twice and they just ignored me. will not come back and I recommend them to take their money differently where.

It’s what you would expect from any Subway restaurant, but this location stands out because of its excellent staff.
