Taqueria Tapatia - Santa Ana

We've been coming here for years! Your carne asada nachos are always a crowd-pleaser! The aguas are consistently great, too!

I have been dining at La Tapati for over 35 years, and the food has consistently offered the best flavor and quality of Mexican cuisine I've experienced anywhere. The burritos are among the best I've encountered, possibly even the best in the Orange District of Southern California. The quality and taste are outstanding! I particularly love the Al Pastor, Carne Asada, and Carnitas. You can't go wrong choosing to eat here.

I gave this restaurant a 5-star rating because my friends really enjoy it, but I found that the tongue meat had an unpleasant smell and didn't taste good. When I mentioned it, they said nothing was wrong and the staff member indicated that he wouldn't make any changes.

The location was clean and the food of course was really good. I just ordered Tacos from Asada, Pastor and Chorizo... they were all a great tasting. Make sure to bring cash, otherwise you expect to pay additional fees for using the ATMs because they only take cash.

All very well, Rica's tortas, good tacos, Rica's enchiladas...delicious burritos...good portion, excellent customer service. the service is somewhat fast. Good atmosphere to eat with the family. Note; The bathroom is located on ONE side of the restaurant. only Something that does not convince at this point that they do not accept debit or credit card, SO be prepared with cash, there is an ATM machine inside the same taqueria, but there is a charge for THAT ... but in general I do recommend This place... just because they don't accept cash, but if I gave them 5 stars...
