Pascucci - Santa Barbara

I have been a regular customer at this restaurant since it first opened many years ago. However, I have noticed a decline in the quality of service and food in recent years. Our initial server, a dirty blond/red-haired woman, was unfriendly and seemed annoyed by our presence. The food took a long time to arrive and we were not offered any refills on garlic bread, drinks, or water. The Shirley Temple was overly syrupy and undrinkable, and the food was cold and unappetizing. Despite a kind and helpful man stepping in later on, it was too little too late. It is worth noting that we were the only table dining outside, which I found to be totally unacceptable.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and arrived about 30 minutes before closing. The staff was extremely accommodating, even going out of their way to pack extra bread for me to take home with my leftovers. The service was excellent and the atmosphere felt like a getaway to another country. The food was delicious, especially the bread. I will definitely return when I am in Santa Barbara again.

The food at this restaurant is incredibly delicious. The portion sizes are generous, so you can easily take some home for later. The staff is exceptionally friendly. Be sure to try the godfather margarita - it's fantastic.

First time visit and it was fantastic. The Caeser salad and it's dressing was some of the best I have experienced. The 5 ravilo dish and the sauces were outstanding...

It was our first time and there were a couple of occasions that made us wonder how clean they are (bug in the lemonade, then a glass with lipstick on it). They have potential but we all felt that they could improve on their service as well as the food.
