Rusty's Pizza Parlor - Santa Barbara

Tasty pizza! Salad bar ingredients were fresh.... but it was a huge mess. Containers were eventually refilled but it took a while. Also had to ask for our table to be cleaned so we could sit down. The kicker was a gallon-sized jug of soap left on the bathroom counter so we could wash our hands. I didn't see any women working that night. If I had, I bet the place wouldn't have looked the way it did.

Really laid back spot, staff very helpful, courteous and food is great, salad buffet is fresh, great pizza, dining area very spacious also has private party rooms, clean

Love this spot! Pizza is always delicious. I definitely recommend this spot to those in town craving pizza. Only downfall is parking can be a bit difficult. Not always but sometimes it can.

Pizza was ok. The quarter machine out of order and the cashier refused to give even 4 quarters for a dollar for my kid to play one game. The cashier then fought with me about an overcharge on the bill before refunding, even though he agreed it was a charge for something we had not ordered. Not sure if he's following management orders, but otherwise, he's acting like a thief trying to see what he can get away with. Ultimately refunded me in dimes even though there were at least 10 quarters in his drawer. Happily, we never have to come back.

The pizzas are good and the price is right. However, the staff is not very friendly. Convenient place for a quick and easy family meal.
