This is still the best Chinese restaurant in the city! they are now just a dedicated restaurant since the rise of covid, but don't let them discourage it. I have ordered dozens of paints in the last few years and never had a bad meal. it is also an incredible value as well as if they order the cheaper lunch menu, unless they are really hungry, they will probably have rest. I especially enjoy their seafood dishes while my partner is raves about their vegetarian options. I read in the independent on the other day that the owner thinks about retiring. I hope they will find a new owner who will deliver the same inexpensive delicious food!

This is now my favorite restaurant! The prices and portions are excellent. Everything we tried was amazing!

I definitely would not recommend this restaurant. I was charged a lot of money for two small items, $40 for an orange and rice! On top of that, the prices always seem to change whenever I visit. Another time, they served me a cold meal, so they remade it, but I found a hair in my food. I have pictures as proof.

Shanghai is the top spot for Chinese cuisine in the city, especially for vegetarians! We preordered our Christmas dinner and our family was delighted. The food is not only delicious, but the staff also truly cares about their customers. They are always friendly, even on their busiest days. I highly recommend the soy-orange chicken and soy-chicken French dishes.
