I wanted to address some things to clarify the mixed reviews. The standard rooms are the old rooms that have received complaints, while the deluxe rooms are renovated and quite beautiful. It is important to note that Google's description is incorrect as the breakfast buffet (which is especially good) is not included and is actually per person. Parking can be a bit tight as the spaces are quite small. It is advisable to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper, as the noise from people starting their trucks outside in the morning can be loud. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and a decent deal for the price.

In I lived here together with some football teammates from the mountain college. we were packed in these rooms, but looking back it was cool. I miss the west coast! I wanted to remember the names of the ladies who took care of us. I have to visit again one day. love of Arkansas/Texas

Asked for recently renovated room upon reservation, did not get one. Carpeting is old and musty, decor years dated. Bathroom cracked floors. Overall cleanliness was okay for beds and furniture. The AC worked great! The stairs had overgrown ivy that partially blocked passage. We only ate at included breakfast brunch. They kept the food fresh and plentiful and were friendly.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I was in San Jose for work and had dinner with my colleagues after a long day. When I checked in to the hotel at 5 p.m. and checked out the next morning, they refused to credit my company's account. The carpet in the room was dirty and I did not feel safe at all. The front desk gentleman was polite but inexperienced and did not know how to address my concerns. It's important for the employees to receive training on customer service, and for the rooms to be properly cleaned. The website should also accurately reflect the rooms. I appreciate Brandon's politeness, but the hotel needs to address these issues. I understand that there may be remodeling happening, but cleanliness should still be a priority. I meet with friends this great restaurant quite often! that's my favorite restaurant to go a nice evening. I'm going there routinely. the meals are of high quality, the employees are professional and the prices are good. I like to meet in this restaurant about a good meal.
