Starbucks - Santa Clara

We went in today to order a nitro cold brew. The staff do not pay attention to your orders. They just gave us a normal cold brew, but charged us for nitro. We found out only at the time of pick up. The staff was very unprofessional and careless about it. They seemed very casual abt not providing us what we ordered and said that they ran out of nitro cold brew. We had to go demand for a refund. Definitely not a typical Starbucks experience. Will not return to this store.

15 minutes after ordering for 1 coffee with cream and sugar. I also noticed some really poor whip technique, but it wasn't my drink so I probably shouldn't care that the baristas are mediocre. This is bizarre and bad. They were very friendly but that long for regular coffee is absurd.

Petty about the amount of whipped cream they give you. That wasn't so much the issue but the poor attitude that came with the message was.

Friendly, we really almost closing. Things were still good but I just don't like their large coffee cups . They're weak and the lids pop right off and with hot coffee that's not safe

The service took a long time to take our order, which was quite frustrating. It felt like a waste of time.
