Bonsai Garden Sushi - Santa Clarita

Absolutely horrible food. Bento box salad tasted old, had watered down dressing on it. Chicken was like a piece of rubber inedible. I could not even bite through it. Obviously never going there again.

Had amazing and immediate service, sushi bar was empty and nearby parties were quiet, great atmosphere similar to actual sushi bars in Japan. Service was fast, nice, and accommodating. Fish was a great portion and very fresh tasting, large selection for sake beers from Japan which definitely earns the Bar in the name. Come for a good time!

This was my first and last visit to this restaurant. When I arrived at 3:15, the place was empty, which may have been due to it being a Monday. Regardless, I won't be coming back. The fish didn’t taste fresh, and the all-you-can-eat option felt overpriced given the numerous limitations. The presentation of the food was poor, and I found there was an excessive amount of rice.

As of April 14, 2024, I had an all-you-can-eat sushi experience that was quite enjoyable. The prices were reasonable, and the staff was friendly. We chose to sit at the sushi bar, and the sushi chef checked in with us to see if we needed anything before we completed our first round. We’ll definitely be returning soon!
