Mo's Dumplings - Santa Cruz

On our way to San Jose, we stumbled upon a restaurant with a menu that featured innovative creations. The walnut prawns were a delightful twist on the traditional dish, with a sauce that elevated the crispy texture. We also loved the maple-tofu dumplings, which had a delicious flavor and the perfect sauce-to-dumpling ratio. My partner enjoyed the honey garlic wings and hoisin tofu. Overall, the dishes were unique and delicious. We look forward to visiting again soon!

We had a delicious and quick lunch break at this restaurant. We ordered the pork and kohlknödel, kimchi fried rice with black bell, and black bell spring rolls. All of the dishes were tasty, but the kimchi fried rice was especially excellent. Our food arrived within 5 minutes of ordering.

I had a perfect 10/10 experience at this restaurant and will definitely go back again. The pork belly was incredibly delicious and cooked to perfection. It was braised and had a crispy fat cap that melted in my mouth. This was a truly unique experience as the restaurant is not Americanized. The two people making the noodles were the owner and a coworker, both elderly individuals who clearly knew what they were doing. I felt a lot of love and care put into the food at Mo's and I will definitely be returning for another meal soon. Highly recommended!

I was so excited to have a dumped restaurant near, and this place has not disappointed! I always appreciate when restaurants make vegan products super clear on their menu, and was happy to see several vegan options. eating was great, I'm coming back in definitiw.
