Surf City Grill - Santa Cruz

The owner of Surf City Grill, Craig Moorhead, personally took our order and shared some interesting information about the restaurant. He even delivered our food to us! The atmosphere was wonderful for families at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. I absolutely loved the fried artichokes!

This is the best corn dog I've ever had! After returning after 10 years, I can confidently say this is what every corn dog should aspire to be. The oversized doughnut is also fantastic and definitely worth getting.

I'm giving this place a 4-star rating because the Texas doughnuts they offer are incredible. Unfortunately, my wife and I ordered too many fried options for lunch, and the experience wasn't great. However, we returned the next day specifically for the Texas doughnut, and they did not disappoint—they were delicious!
