Mampuku Ramen - Santa Fe

The ramen here is so good: we ordered black tonkotsu ramen, tonkotsu ramen and veggie ramen, all tasted fantastic. The best ramen we have ever had. The wait time was a bit long but the food justified the waiting.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian Ramen with misu tastes very good!

Highly recommend it!!! It's so good that I ate the chopsticks by accident because of how good the food is. The lady sitting across from me gave me the weird looks because she found it unusual how much I was enjoying the food c:

We got into town late and by the time we got here they were just about to close but let us order takeout. The ramen was SO delicious and I’m grateful they let us order. Packaged with the broth separate so it was perfect when we put it together back at the hotel.

Wow! Delicious and theybwere hustling with a smile in there. The Takoyaki is incredible, never tasted anything quote like it before!

The restaurant is pretty easy to find. The food is ok. The shrimp stuffed green chiles are not bad! Pretty good food in Santa Fe!
