Kabigting's Halo Halo

Discovered this place years ago through my colleagues' recommendation. On my first try I ordered their combo A and found the serving of palabok good for one. However, their halo halo is quite big. I remembered I was only able to eat less than half of it as I was so full. A single serving of halo halo is sufficient for two based from the instances when I ate here with hubby.If you are a fan of milky and pastillas filled type of halo halos, then you've found your Mecca. However, for me, not so much since I am more of a fan of halo halos with texture ..think Chowking's with lots of pinipig. I also think the chunk of pastillas makes eating it so sinful and too sweet for my liking.Their liempo was good too, though I think the food are priced quite more than its actual value. Despite that, this will not discourage me in coming back for their palabok. I will still have to try other items on their menu though.In terms of the interiors, the place is clean and the displays on their walls are tastefully placed and informative. Their staff are also nice and courteous.

According to spot.ph, this was the halo-halo. I don’t believe so. I’m not a fan of ube (purple yam) but I’m really a fan of leche flan so, I don’t think they were number one but if you think about it, their halo halo has complete ingredients and is good for a first timer.
