Everything was perfect. We liked the setting, modern architecture and the atmosphere. Food was perfect ! The Cheese size is small but we could still share it. Great spot for a cozy Italian meal! Fresh mozzarella knots and grilled spanish octopus appetizers were good. Loved the crispy potatoes that came with the chicken mushroom. The Nutella bread pudding was good but thought it should be called Nutella custard instead. There were hardly any pieces of bread in the serving we got. This is a great restaurant if you like to sample cheeses as they have a wide variety!

Thought the food was pretty good. Service was a little confused and it took like an hour for each course, which is not bad, just unexpected. Liked my lasagna and chopped salad. The tiramisu was awesome. Nice little spot on Montana. Dietary restrictions: The gluten-free options for bread and vegan options for cheese were available, so it is possible. This restaurant offers a mixed experience with some dishes being excellent and others just okay. The service was top-notch, with our waiter being friendly, attentive, and helpful in guiding our menu choices. The cheese plate we ordered was particularly outstanding, featuring a diverse selection of cheeses with different flavors and textures, accompanied by fruits, nuts, jam, and honey. The ceviche was also delicious, with the perfect balance of acidity and crunch from the diced vegetables and fish. Watching the pasta being tossed on the cheese wheel was a fun experience, although not as dramatic as some may expect. The risotto and cacio e Pepe, both tossed on the cheese wheel, looked appetizing but were slightly under-seasoned. The desserts, including the Italian donut, were enjoyable, and the waiter even added a candle for our anniversary celebration. Despite the minor shortcomings, this restaurant is a popular choice for diners seeking a pleasant dining experience.
