Írjon visszajelzéstSince the opening we went to these Menchies. The quality of the yoghurt has gone down strongly in recent months. Yogurt on several occasions was either casual or icy. And to make it even worse, the staff followed the yogurt that goes downhill. Machines and bearings are no longer so clean. While my family and I visited Menchies once a week, this will not be any more. I gave them more than 3 strikes. Pinkberry and Yogurtland will have our business right away.
Santa Monica location is still my favorite after visiting a bunch throughout LA. Staff is friendly, accommodating and don't hide sample cups under the counter like some branches. They also have the most variety of flavors. My son and I always stop by when in Santa Monica
We have been going to this ice cream store for a long time. My son has been collecting points and one day, we came in and they told us that our points just disappeared. I asked them to somehow revive them, but the seller and the manager were rude and said that it was not their problem and that they could not do anything. I am shocked that such workers could be in a children's place. This place is now banned for us.
The attendants are always so polite and friendly, and that's appreciated. We all know that a store that serves mostly messy people would be quite a busy place to work if kept unclean, so the workers must be on top of the duties; they've done a great job Everytime I bring the family there. Thank you for the delicious frozen treats and service.
I have to get my Menchie's fix every time I'm in Santa Monica! I love the natural flavor tastes like regular yogurt with a little sugar stirred in and frozen. Seems pretty basic, but I like tart crisp flavors. I live in Boston and everyone wants to sell heavily flavored and ridiculously sweet froyo here; the only place that serves natural flavor in Boston is Pinkberry's. Anyway, I like the convenience of self service. Grab a container, select your flavor from the dozen available, dispense it, add as much or as little toppings as you want, then weigh it and pay. If you're not sure, just grab a tiny sampling cup, and try as many free samples as you want. Easy peasy. The place is very kid friendly, and since it's self service, there's no problem getting your youngster a squirt of 3 4 5 flavors if they can't narrow it down to two. The only reason why I can't give this Menchie's a five star rating is the cleanliness, and service, can be variable. I have been there when the staff goes out of their way to be friendly and helpful and the place was spotless. Other times, the table can be sticky and the servers seem to resent even weighing the product and taking your money., much less being courteous. I don't mind, because I love natural flavor yogurt and the convenience of self service.
