Wish I could give a zero stars. Every time I have been there the employees always have a nasty attitude or get my order wrong. If you are going to overprice your food at least get the orders right and hire employees that are friendly to your customers.

One of my favorite places to go for ice cream and horchata. I definitely recommend this place

I have been here several times, but I would come more frequently if the customer service was better. The very first time I came here I was so upset that I walked out after waiting in line for 30 minutes just to be completely ignored. I had high hopes of ordering a bunch of ice cream but in the end they ignored me and served the people in front of me and then behind me as I continued to wait. Maybe it's because I am a white girl but even when I tried to say hello? A few times they acted like they didn't hear me so I walked out. Waited about 40 minutes in total just to be ignored. The next time I went there it was not as bad. Still waited a long time and there was only 1 person ahead of me. Third time there was a great girl working there who was helpful and quick and friendly. They need more like her! The last two times were much better maybe because there wasn't a line. I spent nearly $100 on the ice cream last time I was there. When you're treated good you want to support the business, you know? If they had better customer service this place would be very very successful because overall their product is good. But they hire people who don't seem to care about the job or the customers. At least smile and seem like you like your job! If you look miserable you're going to make your customers feel miserable. Why I gave 3 stars: 1 star for they type of ice cream shop love it! 1 star for product love it! 1 star for variety love it! The reason I didn't give 5 stars: 1 needs much better customer service 1 customers don't feel appreciated

La Michoacana ice cream parlor is one of my favorite places. We usually buy paletas to go. We've bought gansito, ferrero, mazapan, cappucino, limon, and mango. We have bought other things, too. As for the staff, its a hit or miss. The youngest female employees typically are rude. The rest are fairly nice. Overall, I recommend this place. I would definitely go back.
